Volunteer Members of OWF (Orphans Welfare Foundation) visited Ahsania Childrens' Orphanage (Girls) at Setion-01, Mirpur, Dhaka on 7^th May 2015 and handed over Water Mugs and Writing books to the orphan girls living in the dormitory. 62 Orphans study here from Play Group to Grade 10.The Orphans were so happy to receive the gifts.

Volunteer Members of OWF visited Ahsania Childrens' Orphanage (Girls) at Setion-01, Mirpur, Dhaka on 2nd November 2014 and handed over gift items to the orphan girls living in the dormitory. Gift items included Geometry box, Exercise books, Pen, Pencil and toothbrush. 67 Orphans study here from Play Group to Grade 10. Receiving the gifts their faces flashed like full moon shining in the sky.

 Education Materials was provided to the 85 Orphans at Bhashantek Jamia Muhammadia Madrasa & Etimkhana and Baitun Nur Nurania Hafizia Madrasa & Etimkhana, 3 No gate, Bhashantek on 28 September 2012, Friday at 9 AM. All the Education Materials are of High Quality and Screened with Orphans Welfare Foundation Name & Logo. The Orphans were given Writing Books, Pen, White Chalk Pencil (40 pcs for each orphan), Duster, Seelet (Wooden Writing black board for children). The Orphans were very much happy to receive these items as they never seen so much at a time. Orphans Welfare Foundation (OWF) also known as Etim Kollan Foundation is organizing Education Materials Distribution program at different Madrasa & Etimkhana (orphanages). All Donors/ Well wishers are requested to support this program as a part of Social Responsibility.

Orphans receives Water Filter and Mugs

Water Filter for Pure Drinking Water & Mugs was distributed to 50 Orphans of Bhashantek Jamia Muhammadia Madrasa and Etimkhana (Orphanage) on 13^th July 2012 by Orphans Welfare Foundation (OWF).  The Orphanage is built on a ditch and the surrounding environment is very unhygienic.  The Orphans drinks direct supply water which is dirty and carries germs. Orphans get sick due to drinking this water regularly. Orphans Welfare Foundation (OWF) distributed the Water Filter & Mugs for the Orphans to drink pure drinking water during the Ramadan and also afterwards.

Zarifa Shahrin, Md. Saddam Hossain, Md. Moniruzzaman and Kazi Touhid Elahi Volunteered for Orphans Welfare Foundation (OWF) in the program. Thanks to the Donors who contributed for this program.

Dental Check-up

Health Camp for Orphans was organized at Bhashantek Islamia Arabia Madrasa and Etimkhana (Orphanage) on 29^th June 2012 by Orphans Welfare Foundation (OWF). The Health Camp was sponsored by Galaxy Hospital Pvt. Ltd. (Mirpur-10). All the orphans had to undergo Physical Check-up, Eye Screening, Dental Check-up and Blood Group Sampling. Health Card for Orphans was introduced for the First time in Bangladesh. Free medicine was provided as prescribed. The Orphans who needs more thoroughly check-up/ pathological tests are referred to specialized hospitals (e.i. Dhaka Dental College- Mirpur, Lions Eye Hospital-Agargoan, etc). Orphans Welfare Foundation shall bear all Medical Expenses including any pathological tests, Teeth Scaling, Root Cannel, X-ray, Spectacles if needed, Medicine (Full course) etc. Thanks to Dr. Asaduzzaman (General Physician), Dr. Omar Jafarullah (Ophthalmologist), Dr. Sabah Jafarullah (Dentist) and the Medical Technologists who volunteered from Galaxy Hospital Pvt. Ltd. Especial Thanks to Dr T. M. Jafarullah, Managing Director of Galaxy Hospital Pvt. Ltd. Who made this program possible for the orphans. Zarifa Shahrin, Md. Saddam, Md. 3rd Quaran Recitation Program Alif-Lam-Mim

3rd Quaran Recitation program Alif-Lam-Mim for Orphans was held at Madrasa Darur Rashad (Etimkhana) on 15 June 2012, Friday from 9 AM to 11 AM. It is a part of social cultural activity and specially organized for orphans for the first time in Bangladesh. Orphans are the most neglected in our society and deprived of their rights. Orphans Welfare Foundation (OWF) also known as Etim Kollan Foundation is organizing this program at different Madrasa & Etimkhana (orphanages). The Program will continue and stop before Ramadan. The program has two groups. Group A with orphans under 10 years old and Group B with orphans under 16 years old. All participants shall receive certificates and the position holders shall receive prizes.  The program's Chief Judge is Maolana Mohammad Eskander ( Examiner of Kaomi Madrasa Board & Judge of Kuran er Alo of Bangla Vision TV Channel)

All the Education Materials are of High Quality and Screened with Orphans Welfare Foundation Name & Logo. The Orphans were given Writing Books, Pen, White Chalk Pencil (40 pcs for each orphan), Duster, Seelet (Wooden Writing black board for children). It is to be mentioned that every 10-15 orphans uses 1 duster for rubbing off  the writing of personal black board (Seelet). The Orphans were very much happy to receive these items as they never seen so much at a time. Orphans Welfare Foundation (OWF) also known as Etim Kollan Foundation is organizing Education Materials Distribution program at different Madrasa & Etimkhana (orphanages).
